The service

Kestrel provides market analysis, trade signals and, for Auto-Trade members once enabled, automated order execution on the member's own exchange account through an API key the member provides. We never hold member funds.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and paid in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. Access starts once the payment is confirmed. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Your responsibilities

You must be of legal age and permitted to trade derivatives in your country. You are responsible for your exchange account, your API keys (which must never have withdrawal permission), your position sizes and your taxes.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share signals, or attempt to access other members' data or the platform's systems. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange or network outages, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms and the plans. Material changes will be announced in the member dashboard.
