Is profit guaranteed?+
No. No trading system can guarantee profit, and leveraged futures can lose money quickly. Signals are rules-based setups, not promises. Size your risk so any single loss is small.
Do you hold my funds?+
Never. Your money stays in your own Bitget account. Auto-Trade uses an API key that can trade but cannot withdraw, and we reject keys meant for anything else.
How are API keys protected?+
They are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key that exists only on the server, and they are never shown again after you save them. You can delete them at any time.
When does Auto-Trade execution start?+
Your plan includes the key vault and all Signals features now. Automated execution for member accounts switches on after the strategy passes its live validation; you'll be notified in your dashboard.
